Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg or 1/4 c. egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. half and half or Milnot
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and form into a ball.
    Do not knead. Divide into 2 parts.
    Roll each part on lightly floured surface until thin.
    Dry 10 minutes.
    Cut into strips of desired width and length.
    Have seasoned broth ready and bring to a boil.
    Add noodles and cook until tender.
    Pieces of chicken or other meat may be added if you like.
    Serves 6.
