Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve butter in boiling water.
    Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool until warm.
    Beat in 1 whole egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Shape into 12 to 15 eclairs on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
