Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. apples
2 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
Makes cake or muffins.
