Rocket Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 slice pineapple
lettuce
banana
cherry

Preparation

For each serving, place a crisp lettuce leaf on a salad plate. Launching pad: 1 slice pineapple.
Rocket: 1/2 peeled banana (set upright in center of pineapple slice).
Nose Cone: 1/2 cherry fastened to top of banana with a toothpick.
