Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can green chilies, drained and diced
    1 can black olives, drained and diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. green onion, chopped (I used chives instead to taste)
    garlic powder to taste
    seasoned salt to taste (left out)
    5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    1 jar salsa
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds (salted; left out; optional)
Preparation
    Blend together sour cream and cream cheese; stir in chilies, olives, Cheddar cheese, onion and seasonings.
    Spread mixture on flour tortillas and roll up.
    Recommend refrigeration before cutting; makes easier.
    Slice rolled up tortillas into bite size appetizers.
    Serve with salsa.
    May be prepared the night before; refrigerate.
