Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. molasses
6 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening, eggs and molasses.
Add flour, mixed with other dry ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
