Marinade For Country Ribs Or Chicken - cooking recipe

1 c. lite soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation

Stir well; pour into dish with cover. Place ribs or chicken in marinade and keep refrigerated up to 3 days, covered. Shake or turn meat 3 or 4 times a day. DO NOT REUSE MARINADE. Grill over charcoal for best results.
