Swiss Cream Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 or 5) cube steaks
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cover steaks with flour.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add steaks and salt and pepper.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Remove meat; saute onion.
    Return meat to skillet.
    Cover with onion and water; mix in sour cream.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
    Check meat and stir occasionally.
