Black Forest Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    warm milk
    1 stick melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Combine
    yeast,
    1/2
    cup
    warm milk and 1/3 cup sugar. Stir until
    yeast
    dissolves.
    Add butter, 1/2 cup warm milk, sour cream,
    eggs,
    salt, cocoa and 2 cups flour.
    Stir well. Add rest of
    flour
    to make a soft dough.
    Cover and let rise for
    30 minutes.
    Mix
    and
    let
    rise for another 30 minutes. Punch
    down and
    roll
    out
    on floured surface about 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with round cookie cutter and place in 2 greased 9 x
    11 x 2-inch baking pans.
    Spread with melted butter.
    Cover and
    let
    rest for 10 minutes.
    Make indention with thumb and fill
    with cream cheese filling and top with 1 teaspoon cherry pie
    filling.
    Cover and let rise until double in size (about 20 to
    25
    minutes). Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, then cool, drizzle with cocoa icing.
