Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sifted flour
    4-5 eggs
    instant pudding, any flavor
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix water, oil and salt in pan until boiling; turn off burner.
    Add flour and mix until it comes away from sides with mixer.
    Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, lower heat to 375 degrees and bake another 25 minutes.
    Let cool and cut little \"cap\" off the top of each puff.
    Make pudding and fill each puff.
    Top with \"cap\" and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated.
