Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) jar chili powder
    minced garlic
Preparation
    Cook hamburger with onion in pan until hamburger is done. Drain grease.
    If making chicken enchiladas, bone chicken and shred.
    Add onion to shredded chicken.
    When hamburger or chicken is warm, but not hot, add cheeses.
    Mix together until cheeses melt slightly.
    Add minced garlic and salt to taste.
