Raspberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
In medium bowl combine crumbs and butter.
Press on bottom of well-greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes.
Cool.
In small mixing bowl beat egg yolks; blend in cream cheese, sugar and salt.
Beat until smooth and light.
In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff.
In separate bowl whip cream until stiff.
Fold egg whites and whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Swirl half of raspberries into mixture.
Pour into crust.
Spoon remaining raspberries onto corners of pan; swirl.
Cover; freeze at last 1 hour.
Keep frozen.
