Tex Mex Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Brook's hot chili beans
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. kielbasa (Polish sausage) or hot dogs
Preparation
    In a large skillet, add chili beans, tomato juice, rice and meat (sliced thick).
    Cover, cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
    Top with grated cheese and taco chips.
