Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken in half and put in roaster.
    Mix vinegar, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover roaster and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Take cover off and baste with juice. Keep basting until brown and tender.
