Marinated Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can asparagus spears, drained
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place asparagus in a small shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously;\tpour over asparagus. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
    Yield: about 4 servings.
