Beef, Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. water
1/2 head cabbage, sliced in wedges
1 pkg. ramen noodles
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and pepper.
Drain all fat.
Add oil, soy sauce and water to beef mixture.
Add cabbage, sliced in thin wedges and ramen noodles broken up over mixture.
Add flavor packet from noodles, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer, covered, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
