Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large avocados
2 seeded jalapeno peppers
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Avocados should be seeded, peeled and cut up in a blender container or food processor bowl. Combine avocados, onion, peppers, garlic, lime juice and salt.
Cover and blend or process until nearly smooth, stopping and scraping sides as necessary. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Cover with plastic directly touching the surface to prevent darkening.
Chill for up to 24 hours.
