Gingerbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. light molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes 24.
