Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt

Preparation

Sift flour and confectioners sugar (I just squiggle around) into bowl.
Blend in butter until well mixed.
Pat evenly into bottom of 8-inch square pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
