Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 large onion
1 1/2 stalks celery
2 green peppers (thick skinned)
canned or fresh mushrooms (1 medium can or 1/2 lb. fresh)
oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder
homemade marinara sauce
Preparation

Saute chicken cutlets (cut into medium pieces).
In another pan, fry peppers which are cut in pieces.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Place them in a dish.
In the same pan, cook celery and onion until tender.
You can add mushrooms if using fresh ones (cut into slices).
Season to taste.
Then combine vegetables and chicken. Add your sauce and cook 1 hour.
