Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can salmon, drained
2 Tbsp. crushed saltine crackers
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
1/4 c. catsup
Preparation

Crush 1 tube of saltine crackers on wax paper and set aside. Mix in bowl, salon (drained), 1 tube of crushed crackers, eggs (beaten), 1 (8 ounce) package Mozzarella cheese or less and about 1/4 cup of catsup (you can guess).
Make into palm-size patties and press both sides into the crushed saltines on wax paper.
