Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. or 1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
