Baked Prunes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. apple juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    1/2 c. dried apricot halves
    1/2 c. pitted prunes
    12 dried figs, halved
    1 pear, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine the applesauce, apple juice, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
    Stir in apricots, prunes, figs and pear.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Serves 4.
