Best Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda; add to first mixture. Mix by hand only!
No mixer!
Add hot water and blend.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
Frost when cooled.
