Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn tortillas
    lean ground beef, cooked and/or seasoned to your taste
    grated sharp cheese
    enchilada or red chili sauce (I like Las Palmas)
    sour cream
    oil for tortillas
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, put a layer of tortillas on the bottom (don't skimp on the tortilla layers; each layer needs to cover the
    whole surface).
    Sprinkle
    with
    hamburger
    and
    cheese. Spoon over some sauce.
    Repeat process, but leave room at the top of the Dutch oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or until you can't stand it anymore.
