Arroz Amarillo Con Pollo (Rice And Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    7 oz. yellow rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    10 1/4 oz. chicken gravy
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil; add a tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoon butter or margarine and rice. Stir for 1 minute; cover pan tightly, reduce to a simmer.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
