Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.
    Put stick of oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan and melt.
    Mix soup, sour cream, milk and onion.
    Put half of potatoes in pan and pour half of soup mixture over top. Then add half of cheese; repeat layers.
    Top with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
