German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium-sized potatoes
1 stalk celery
1 onion
2 hard-cooked eggs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and cook until done.
Peel off jackets.
Dice potatoes, celery, onion and eggs.
Put in bowl and set aside.
In separate bowl, mix the following ingredients: eggs, cider vinegar, sugar, water, dry mustard and salt.
