Easy Vegetarian Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    12 corn tortillas
    12 to 16 oz. firm tofu
    1 (28 oz.) can green enchilada sauce
    1 can beans (kidney or pinto)
    1 small can sliced olives
Preparation
    Tear 6 of the tortillas and spread on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
