Guilt-Free Low-Fat Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 c. Kroger brand Zesty light Italian salad dressing
2 hard tomatoes
1 large green pepper
2 celery stalks
1/2 tsp. dill weed spice
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Boil macaroni and rinse with cold water.
Slice tomatoes into small chunks.
Cut green peppers into small chunks.
Slice celery sticks in half down stalk and dice.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill for 1/2 hour and serve.
Makes approximately 8 servings (2 ounces).
Contains approximately 1.5 g fat per serving.
