Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients; add the nuts and apples to sugar mixture.
Bake in greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
