Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 red potatoes
    1 onion
    6 carrots
    1 can or jar brown gravy
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion until well done; drain well. Slice carrots and place on top of meat.
    Cook 5 minutes, covered. Slice potatoes thinly and place on top of carrots.
    Pour brown gravy over potatoes; cover and reduce heat to low.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Serve with a salad and bread.
