Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. canola oil
    4 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in walnuts, coconut, carrots, pineapple and orange juice.
    Fill muffin tins two-thirds full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
