Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes, cooked
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. herb seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and cool; combine onion, butter, pepper, salt, soup and sour cream.
    Fold in potatoes and cheese.
    Mix butter and seasoning mix; put potato mixture in a baking dish.
    Top with seasoning mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
