Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sour milk
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 7 x 11-inch pan. Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Mix dry ingredients and sour milk alternately.
    Add peanut butter and mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Frost with powdered sugar frosting with 2 teaspoons added.
