Ham And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges (about 3 c.)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped, cooked ham (about 1 lb.)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes covered in boiling water to cover for 10 minutes, or until tender (do not overcook).
    Drain and set aside. Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
