Crab Rangoon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    4 c. leaf lettuce
    1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Combine crab, cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, onions and celery and mix well.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
