Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. mashed bananas
8 oz. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and oil.
Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir in bananas, pineapple, nuts and vanilla.
Cook in miniature bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
