Homestyle Tuna Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crusts
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained and chunked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato or mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or dried thyme, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Line 9-inch pie pan with one crust; set aside.
    Reserve second crust.
    In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour tuna mixture into pie shell; top with second crust.
    Crimp edges to seal.
    Cut slits in top crust to vent.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
