Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/3 c. melted butter
    4 c. dry bread cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    sage to taste
    hot chicken broth or water
Preparation
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons melted butter over low heat until it softens.
    Do not brown.
    Combine onion, bread cubes and seasonings.
    Add remaining butter and enough broth to moisten. Toss to mix.
    Makes 4 cups.
