Creamed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Heat the soup.
    Add sour cream and milk and heat again (do not boil).
    Pour sauce over drained cauliflower.
    Garnish with almonds and cheese. Serves 6 to 8.
