Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped
    1 3/4 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
    3 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix soups; add mayonnaise or sour cream, onion and lemon juice. Mix well.
    Add chicken and rice; mix altogether.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Crush crackers; mix with margarine and spread on top of casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until brown.
