Glazed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
Preparation

Place squash, cut side down, in baking dish.
Add water.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until squash is firm.
Drain water, turn cut side up.
Stir together other ingredients and spoon mixture over squash.
Return to 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 15 minutes (basting occasionally) or until fork-tender.
