Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

1 Duncan Hines lemon cake mix (dry)
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
Preparation

Mix dry cake mix, egg and oil until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup. Put remaining mixture in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth.
Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool.
Cut into bars.
