Bacon And Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. quick oats
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine eggs, milk and oil.
    Add to oat mixture, stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
