Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
1 large strawberry jello
2 c. pineapple juice (boiling)
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 container Cool Whip
1 large frozen pkg. strawberries
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch (or smaller) pan.
Sprinkle pretzels over margarine.
Dissolve jello in hot juice and frozen strawberries.
Let cool.
Mix sugar and cream cheese.
Add Cool Whip.
Pour jello mixture over pretzels, then top with remaining mixture.
