Tahitian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lime juice
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
    4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 broiler fryer, cut into serving pieces
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients; add chicken.
    Cover and chill overnight, turning pieces occasionally.
    Broil or grill outdoors until chicken is fork-tender, basting with marinade.
