Luscious Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 c. chopped onions
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 c. chopped celery
    12 medium potatoes, diced
    2 qt. vegetable stock
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 c. instant milk powder
Preparation
    Make vegetable broth by boiling about 2 to 3 quarts water.
    Add about 1/3 head cabbage, 5 to 6 celery stalks, 3 to 4 carrots, sliced lengthwise and broccoli.
    Boil about 1/2 hour.
    Broth may be kept in refrigerator a day or two before making soup.
