Warm Apricot Crunch Sundaes - cooking recipe

1 8 oz. can apricot halves, drained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup cashews
1 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Set oven control at broil. Place apricots in 8-inch ovenproof skillet or shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle sugar and cashews on apricots; dot with butter.
Broil with tops about 6 inches from heat until sugar and butter are melted and sauce is bubbly, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately on ice cream.
