Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and salt until light.
    Add the beaten eggs, sour cream, soda, flour and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into muffin (paper-lined) tin and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or nutmeg, if you want.
    Fill each cup 1/2 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
